Due to the limited availability of our diving trips and courses, and the costs associated with preparation and logistics, we have a strict cancellation policy:
All Bookings (Day Trips, Single Dives, Courses, and Multi-Day Trips):
Cancellations made [ONE] days or less prior to the scheduled activity are non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than [2] days prior to the scheduled activity will receive a [50]% refund, minus any non-refundable deposits (if applicable).
No-shows are non-refundable.
Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances:
In the event that Lets Dive Diving Club LLC cancels an activity due to unsafe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
Changes to Bookings:
Changes to booking dates or times are generally not permitted within [ONE] days of the scheduled activity. Requests made outside this timeframe are subject to availability and may incur a [Fee Amount or Percentage] change fee.
